How to make

Shake & strain all ingredients over ice

*Allow a bottle of 1800 Blanco to infuse with a couple of chopped jalapeño chillies (deseeded if you'd like a less feisty spirit) for 12 to 24 hours. Taste test it occasionally through the last 12 hours to reach the desired level of heat. Fine strain the liquid through a coffee filter back into the original bottle
