A sort of dark rum cousin to the Mojito, the Queen’s Park Swizzle moves away from spritzy, grassy freshness and into a richer, Demerara complexity thanks to a dark rum base and a richer syrup

Garnish
Fresh mint sprig
Ingredients
- 10 leaves Fresh mint
- 50ml Wood’s Old Navy
- 22.5ml MONIN Lime Rantcho
- 12.5ml Demerara sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How to make
Gently muddle mint leaves, add remaining ingredients & crushed ice, churn (or swizzle!) with bar spoon (or swizzle!) & top up crushed ice, finishing with the garnish and a couple of dashes of Angostura
